Terms and Conditions of Assentia International s.r.o.
Effective as of August 1, 2025
1. Introductory Provisions
1.1 These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the mutual rights and obligations between Assentia International s.r.o., Company ID No.: 27656081, registered office Kaprova 42/14, 110 00 Prague 1, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, Insert 121649 (“Provider”), and the User utilizing the online store located at winquo.com (“E-shop”).
1.2 These Terms are an integral part of any Purchase Agreement concluded through the E-shop.
2. Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms:
E-shop – the online application available at winquo.com, enabling the purchase of Goods;
Purchase Agreement – an agreement concluded between the Provider and the User;
Goods – digital content (e.g., Tests), their evaluation, training, and seminars;
Test – a psychodiagnostic tool provided in digital form;
User – any person using the E-shop, natural or legal;
Consumer – a natural person acting outside the scope of their business activity;
User Account – an individual interface created by Registration;
Login Credentials – e-mail and password used to access the User Account;
Shopping Cart – part of the E-shop intended for selecting and ordering Goods.
3. Consumer Information
3.1 The Provider supplies exclusively digital content or services (Tests, training), which are not delivered on a tangible medium.
3.2 Prices of Goods are stated inclusive of all applicable taxes and fees.
3.3 Once the Purchase Agreement has been concluded, the Consumer has no right to withdraw if the digital content has already been made available with their express consent.
3.4 The Consumer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of conclusion if the digital content has not yet been provided (EU/EEA users only).
3.5 For Users located in the United States, all sales of digital content are final and non-refundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

4. Conclusion of the Purchase Agreement
4.1 A Purchase Agreement is concluded by the User submitting an order and the Provider confirming it by e-mail.
4.2 The Provider reserves the right to refuse or decline an order without giving any reason.
4.3 The User is responsible for the accuracy of information provided in the order.
4.4 All product offers in the E-shop are non-binding and for informational purposes only.
5. Payment Terms
5.1 The User may pay electronically (payment gateway, bank transfer).
5.2 Payment is deemed completed when the amount is credited to the Provider’s account.
5.3 The User will receive an electronic invoice by e-mail.
5.4 Discounts or special offers may be applied only as specified in the E-shop.
6. Provision of Digital Content
6.1 After payment, the User will receive by e-mail a unique link to access the Test or service.
6.2 The Test result will be sent by e-mail or made available in the User Account.
6.3 The User acknowledges that the Test result is generated by an algorithm and its content, interpretation, or accuracy cannot be guaranteed.
6.4 The Provider makes no warranty that the result will meet the User’s expectations.
6.5 Test results are not a substitute for professional diagnostics or decision-making. The User remains solely responsible for their subsequent actions.
7. License and Content Protection
7.1 Purchasing Goods does not transfer ownership but grants a limited, non-transferable license for personal use only.
7.2 The User may not copy, modify, publish, sell, share, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from the content.
7.3 The User agrees not to share purchased outputs with third parties unless explicitly permitted (e.g., B2B purchase).
7.4 All E-shop content is protected by copyright and is the property of the Provider or its licensors.
8. User Account
8.1 A User Account is required for ordering Goods and accessing services.
8.2 The User must not disclose their login credentials to third parties.
8.3 In case of suspected misuse, the User must immediately notify the Provider.
8.4 The Provider may unilaterally amend these Terms. The User will be notified and may reject the changes, in which case the agreement may be terminated with 30 days’ notice.
9. Complaints
9.1 In case of technical issues preventing use of the Goods, the User has the right to an appropriate remedy (e.g., a new access link).
9.2 Dissatisfaction with the Test result does not constitute grounds for a complaint.
9.3 Complaints will be resolved within 30 days unless otherwise agreed.
10. Limitation of Liability
10.1 The Provider provides no warranties regarding the Test results, their interpretation, or use.
10.2 The Provider is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from use of the Test, recommendations, or content.
10.3 The User uses the E-shop services at their own risk.
10.4 The Provider’s liability is limited to the amount paid by the User for the Goods.
10.5 For Users located in the United States, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
11. Technical Conditions and Availability
11.1 The Provider may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue the E-shop, especially for maintenance.
11.2 The Provider is not liable for temporary unavailability caused by force majeure or third-party failures.
12. Privacy Policy
12.1 Personal data protection is governed by the Provider’s Privacy Policy.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
13.1 These Terms and any Purchase Agreements are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
13.2 Any disputes shall be resolved before the competent courts of the Czech Republic, except where otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.
14. Effectiveness
14.1 These Terms shall enter into effect on August 1, 2025.

Any similarity to other diagnostic tools stems solely from these shared theoretical foundations and does not represent copying or imitation.
WinQuo is scientifically validated, locally normed for target markets, and accompanied by a technical manual, updated in 2025, documenting the methodology, development, and validation of the tool. All outputs are designed for professional use and are based on more than two decades of expertise in psychometrics and human potential management.
